Favors Order and Shipping Information
Shipping
-Most orders will be shipped in 24 hours from the time order was placed, sometimes we may need 48 hours.
-Please allow more time for large and/or personalized orders (up to 2 weeks).
-During peak holiday periods (Christmas and Mothers Day), please allow additional 1-2 days for delivery.
-Once your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with confirmation and tracking number.
-Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are not counted when calculating the number of days in transit. Shippers do not guarantee specific arrival dates for ground service.
-We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, hospitals, APO/FPO and Po Box addresses.
-If you are shipping to a corporation or a large office, please let your recipient know to expect a package (if perishable). Chanda Gift Studio is not responsible, if the business is closed and the carrier is unable to deliver the package. For business addresses, please include as much information as possible, including company name, telephone number, suite number, recipients name and department, if applicable.

Edible Favors and similar items that do not have shipping option listed on their respective individual pages may be shipped together, to the same address.

Summer Policy (May 1st thru October 15, all chocolate items)
Intense heat can effect the quality and presentation of certain food items. To ensure your satisfaction, we limit shipping options during summer months for some items, like chocolate.
Overnight: Delivered Tuesday through Friday. Shipped out Monday through Thursday.
2nd day: Delivered Wednesday through Friday. Shipped out Monday through Wednesday.

We suggest shipping to a work place or arranging for someone to be at home on the day you expect your delivery. Chocolate left outside your home all day may be damaged by weather that is too hot, rainy or humid.

Our carrier will leave packages at the couriers discretion. If it is safe to leave a package will do so, however, Chanda Gift Studio, is not responsible for packages left without a signature.
IMPORTANT -Our carrier assesses a $10.00-$15.00 fee for each incorrect or incomplete address. We reserve the right to bill you for this correction fee, so please make sure the information you provide us with is correct and up-to-date.

If you are not satisfied with the order, we will try to replace it, or issue credit. If a full refund is demanded, we ask that the item be returned in original packaging. Please contact us for return address. Some of the food items and perishables cannot be returned.
-Claims for orders returned due to incorrect address information will not be honored. Furthermore, Chanda Gift Studio will charge customers for any additional fees billed by the shipper for shipping or address corrections.
-If your order arrives late due to a Shipping Company (USPS, FedEX, UPS) delay, you will be credited for shipping charges once the cause of delay is determined. Delays due to extreme weather and natural disasters are NOT subject to a shipping refund.
