What types of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Master Cart, Discover, American Express) and Pay Pal. You can pay directly via the credit card or via your Pay Pal account.
We also accept mail orders, paid with Money Orders or checks. However, check orders will not be shipped until the check clears.
How will my order be shipped?
We use FedEx, UPS and USPS
Can I ship my basket anywhere?
We ship to continental United States. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Po Boxes, APO and FPO addresses
Do you collect sales tax?
We are required to collect sales tax for items shipped within the state of Illinois at 9.25%.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
You’ll receive an e-mail confirmation with tracking number.

What is your summer shipping policy?
During summer months some of our chocolate containing gift baskets may not be available.
Other chocolate items may require overnight shipping to prevent melting. Please refer to for more information.
Will my cookies arrive safely?
We guarantee your cookies will arrive in absolute perfect condition or we will replace them or give you a full refund. In the rare event that your recipient should receive a broken cookie, please contact us immediately, so we can make it right.

All perishable items are best if consumed between 6-9 months.

Do you sell wine baskets?
No, we do not offer alcohol in our baskets.
How BIG is your Giant Fortune Cookie?
Our ‘Giant’ sized cookies are almost a size of a football!
They contain a 1ft-long fortune with your message inside.
Our ‘Giant’ cookies measure 19.5” in circumference and is
hand-folded and formed. Each cookie is hand-packed in 7”x7”x7”
glossy white gift boxes. Giant fortune cookies weight between 14oz
to over 1lb, depending on how they’re dipped and decorated.
How Big are your Grand Fortune Cookies?
Our “Grand” fortune cookies are about the size of a baseball or a large naval orange.
They are recommended for party favors, place settings, invitations, corporate events and more.
Each cookie is gift boxed in a 6”x6”x6” gift box.

Unfortunately, we don’t carry a printed catalog. Our website is an online catalog available 24/7.

Yes, you can!!! You may do so on 2nd page of our checkout process.

Yes, you can. Be aware that printing fee applies to orders under 500 cookies - when you order 500 cookies, you can have FREE personalized messages!
Lead time is 7-10 working days for personalization.
We can fulfill Rush Orders for an additional fee.
Imprint area: 3 lines of 55 characters per line including spaces.
We can accept your logos as well.
